Havit Steel fabricated the steel structure in Uruguay, which for the petrochemical project. We processed the pipe rack, platform, handrail, and stairs. All steel structure are hot-dip galvanizing. We fabricate steel structures for industrial chemical stations.
1.Steel structure pipe rack
The pipe rack used to support the pipeline. There are many pipes in the chemical station. The pipelines are grouped and arranged along with the equipment or outside the plant. Steel structure pipe rack is the space system, which formed by horizontal pipe racks, longitudinal trusses, or longitudinal beams; it has the function of supporting pipes.
2.Steel structure platform
The steel structure platform used for workers to load and discharge materials and work around the equipment. There are railings around the chemical platform to protect the workers. The steel structure platform laid with steel grids to prevent slipping. The steel structure platform made of columns, main beams, secondary beams, inter-pillar bracing, stair, and railings.
3. Steel structure stairs
The steel structure staircase used to lead to the platform. Generally, the staircase is composed of stair beams, pedals, platform beams, and platform plates. The cross-section of the stair beam is channel steel, I-beam, or steel plate; the cross-section of the platform beam uses channel steel or I-beam, and the stair-step use pattern steel or galvanized steel grid.
4.Steel structure railing
Fixed industrial protective fences refer to frame structures that are permanently installed on ladders, platforms, aisles, lifts, and other open edges to prevent people from falling.
Many places need industrial safety rail. Safety guardrails installed in different areas have different meanings for personnel protection, so there are also different requirements in terms of the performance of guardrails, such as the height of industrial guardrails.
The industrial protective railings and steel platforms stipulate:
When the height of the platform, aisle and working place from the reference surface is less than 2m, the height of the protective railing should not less than 900mm
The height of the protective fences on platforms, aisles and working places with a height of 2m or more and less than 20m from the reference plane should not be less than 1050mm
The height of the protective railing on platforms, aisles and working places with a height of not less than 20m from the reference plane should not be less than 1200mm
Lightweight: Steel has higher strength and flexibility. Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete building, it has higher durability, lightweight, excellent rigidity, and strong forming ability. The metal building weighs only one-fifth of the brick-concrete structure and can withstand typhoons of 70 meters per second, which can effectively maintain life and wealth.
